Ground, Root, Center: A Foundational Tool
Here I offer a breakdown of one of my favorite tools: grounding, rooting and centering. There’s also an audio recording of a guided ground/root/center to let you experience it for yourself and to discover what is revealed when you return to the now.
Staying grounded can be challenging, particularly for empaths who can often get swept up in the energy around them. As an empath, I can say that grounding, rooting and centering has helped me to strengthen my connection to myself, manage energy with greater discernment, and to live more fully in the present moment.
